Rachel Neikirk is a silk painter and art educator from Philadelphia, PA, USA. She earned an MA in Art Education from the University of Florida and has taught art in schools, summer camps, community workshops, and private lessons to students of all ages. When she’s not painting or teaching, she likes to dance, learn languages, and cook colorful meals.
